Brandi Quinn

Brandi Quinn has served as Velera’s executive vice president, chief of staff and corporate governance since January 2024. In this role, Quinn delivers expertise on corporate governance and enterprise reporting best practices, establishes and administers corporate governance procedures, and serves as the focal point for communication with Velera’s Board of Managers.  

Prior to the PSCU/Co-op Solutions combination, Quinn served as SVP, Corporate Development and Chief of Staff to the CEO at PSCU since January 2023. Quinn joined PSCU in July 2003 and served in a variety of financial leadership roles. During her time at PSCU, she helped establish the company’s internal audit function, served as corporate controller and has overseen both corporate and board reporting. Prior to joining PSCU, she served as an audit manager at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.

Quinn, who is a licensed CPA, holds a B.S. in Accounting and a MAcc in Taxation from the University of South Florida. She currently serves as a board member for the LifeLink Foundation, a non-profit community service organization dedicated to the recovery of life-saving and life-enhancing organs and tissue for transplantation therapy.
